Payment

We accept all major Credit Cards and electronic checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks (Theres a 5 to 10 day delay when paying by check before your package will be shipped).

Fees

Free Shipping and Handling on orders of 20 or more neckties within the USA. For other international countries, the shipping and handling fee is flat rate, once your checkout, you'll see your options. All sales are final unless item(s) are defective or wrong item(s) received. If a return must be done, the buyer would be responsible for the postage cost when the package was originally shipped, regardless if the buyer didn't pay for shipping and handling. And there's a 15% restocking fee.

We're a wholesale business, not a retail business. All of the neckwear we carry comes directly from the factory. Price tags would be your option if it's being sold at retail price or even wholesale. And we do not give out samples of fabric(s) or necktie(s) if requested.

At this time, there's no minimal order, but within the next 6 months we will change the minimal order to at least an quantity of five. Mainly because we have been mistaken as a retailer from a few customers, they assumed we will exchange items or give credit for items they do not wish to have, and we can not allow that because its time consuming and we will not be able to resell the item(s) or send them back to the factory unless we have at least 5,000 pieces.

A retail business has better return satisfaction for the customer rather then a wholesale business or importer, though higher prices of course. Shipping

We ship using USPS First Class Mail, 4th Class Mail, Priority Mail and sometimes the UPS Ground. Express mail and other special shipping services are available after checkout.

Delivery

We ship packages out as quickly as possible, but professionally. Usually within 72 hours (Personal Checks and International Money Orders will delay shipment up to 10 banking days), though on larger orders the delivery time may differ.

We ship packages out Monday through Friday.

Refunds and Returns

All items are sold as is, as stated above, but if the item(s) are defective or wrong item(s) are shipped, refund or correction of order will be given upon inspection of return item(s). We will pay for first class or parcel postage only for return goods, any other special postage option would be the buyer's responsibility.

For items returned to us from the Postal Service where the buyer rejects the package or has given us the wrong address by mistake, the buyer would be responsible for reshipping and handling or if the buyer decides on a refund, then there's a 15% restocking fee.

If a package arrives damaged from delivery please contact the mailing service that delivered that package.
